User Satisfaction
Most of the people love the campsite. Here are the positive and negative reviews;
A Positive Review: “We spent our summer vacation at the campsite as a family. It was super, super nice. It is very familiar, quiet and, above all, very, very child-friendly. The staff always tries to keep everything in order. We would especially like to thank the night attendant Ronald. He does a great job, we have taken him very close to our hearts!!! We will definitely be back next year and will also recommend the campsite.” (5/5)
A Negative Review:
“Cleanliness is good, the sanitary facilities are not objectionable. However, no recommendation to spend a vacation here.
The staff is unfriendly, the WiFi has to be paid extra – €7.50 a day is a disgrace. There are not enough sanitary facilities on site; In addition, these are simply blocked for 2 hours a day. This is complete nonsense, other campsites also manage to keep the sanitary facilities clean without closing them.
The reservation was a catastrophe. Although we were able to reserve a place at fairly short notice via email, this was no longer known when we arrived. Luckily there was enough capacity that we were able to rent a place at short notice.
In addition, the barriers to the square are closed between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., during which time you cannot come in or out.
You should slowly come to terms with the 21st century and offer more card payments.
Although people pay a lot of attention to keeping quiet times here, it is very noisy. The neighbors around us weren’t particularly interested in it. There was no inspection.
All in all we were happy when we left.”
